No one should have to choose between making rent and feeding their families, yet unfortunately, this is a reality for many of our neighbors who are struggling to make ends meet. For them, 3 meals a day isn’t a guarantee. Due to the skyrocketing cost-of-living, natural disasters, and low fixed incomes, more and more families are seeking emergency food assistance than ever before.

          Currently, the Montpelier Food Pantry provides an average of 1,200 people with over 6,000 nutritious meals every month of fresh fruits, vegetables and shelf stable goods. We are committed to organizing the effort to overcome hunger in our community, but the truth is we don’t exist without you, the donor.
